Class Based Fitness

We use the same class approach as a college weight room, where we present the workout and the intended stimulus for the day, and then break into either solo or group settings to set up and execute the workout of the day. The coach-led environment ensures that any questions can be addressed."

2-3 x a week @ $150 a month 

Unlimited ( up to 6 days a week) @ $165 a month 

 

One on one

Whether you want to participate in one-on-ones for privacy or to achieve a specific goal (such as a championship Muay Thai fight), we've got you covered. Prices vary based on frequency and coach availability. Most of our coaches are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you succeed. Don't hesitate to ask questions—questions are key to clearing the path to your success. (Ask about our student-athlete pricing if you're a current student-athlete at any level.)

1 x a week @ $100 per session 

2 x a week @ $70 per session 

3 x a week @ $45 per session

Online Training

We've partnered with TrainHeroic to bring you a fun and user-friendly interface to support you on your journey toward success. Prices may vary, as we also offer a hybrid model that includes online training and in-person one-on-one sessions for local clients.

 
 

Online Only: $100–$150 (depending on whether you want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins)

Online with Monthly One-on-One: $200–$300 (price may vary depending on whether you request weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly one-on-one sessions)"

 
 
 

Competitive Team

Whether it's basketball, soccer, wrestling, or even something like muay Thai training, we offer a team service where we coordinate a coach to provide strength and conditioning guidance and programming. This can also include an online program for the team to follow during their time with us.

 
 

These programs are run in 3-month blocks, with payments made monthly. (For example, a team of 5 athletes, training once a week, would be $500 per month for the 3-month contract.)

1x a week: $100 per athlete

2x a week: $125 per athlete

3x a week: $175 per athlete"
