45-60min barbell-centric fitness using 3 main S&C Methods, tho the barbell provides the meat and potatoes of our training methods we also lean heavily on dumbells, Kettlebells, and low level bodyweight gymnastics.
Training Methods used: Conjugate, Crossfit, Power Athlete
